A group travelling together from Zurich Airport can still need several accommodation stops. The transfer request should describe those stops from the beginning. Collect every full address, identify who stays where and count all luggage before choosing a vehicle. A single resort name does not describe a multi-hotel itinerary.
Create a simple passenger-to-address list
For each hotel or apartment, record the full name, street address, locality and the travellers leaving there. Distinguish Davos Dorf from Davos Platz and Klosters Dorf from Klosters Platz rather than grouping everything under one destination label. Include a separate key office if the accommodation requires it. Give the complete list to Airportcab and ask for an agreed sequence. The operator can consider the route and access; a group should not promise guests a particular order before that sequence has been reviewed.
Pack so unloading does not become a search
Use a recognisable luggage label or another simple way to match cases and equipment to their accommodation stop. Keep passports, medication and valuables with the traveller, not in a bag that another family may unload first. Tell the operator about the total suitcases and larger items, including ski bags and pushchairs. Vehicle suitability is based on the fullest load leaving the airport. Do not reduce the declared baggage count because some bags will be unloaded early; they still need suitable space at the start.
Set expectations at each accommodation
Tell hosts or reception teams that the group has several stops and give an arrival window instead of an invented exact time. If a key appointment is fixed, mention it while the route is being discussed. A lengthy check-in by the first party can affect everyone still travelling, so decide whether passengers can be left with reception while the car continues. Any waiting requirement should be stated before confirmation. The airport transfer is not automatically a chauffeur service for a series of hotel negotiations or room inspections.
Treat the return as a new collection plan
The return party may differ from the arrival group, especially when people fly on different days. List the actual pickup addresses, passengers, luggage and flight details for each departure. Ask whether separate vehicles or separate transfers are more appropriate instead of assuming one car should collect everyone. Early return collections between 00:00 and 05:59 Europe/Zurich carry a 20 percent supplement on the return fare only. Keep the approved collection sequence accessible to each traveller so everyone is ready at the correct place.
Give every hotel a direct guest contact
Each accommodation should know which guest is staying there, even when one organiser manages the entire airport group. If the first party has an entry problem, the remaining passengers should not lose access to their own accommodation details. Share the final sequence and booking references with the people who need them.

Request all stops and luggage details; the route, capacity and fare require confirmation.
Who decides the drop-off order?
Agree it with Airportcab after providing every address and any essential handover constraints.
Is the return automatically the reverse order?
No. Confirm a fresh collection plan based on actual passengers, addresses and flights.
